Meet the Author

I grew up in Brooklyn, NY, where the streets moved with their own kind of tide—fast, loud, and full of characters and stories. Those early years taught me to listen closely, to notice the pauses between words, to read people the way some read currents.

Now I live on Long Island, closer to the actual shoreline, where the water has a way of slowing me down and offering a different kind of clarity. That contrast—the pulse of the borough that raised me and the calm of the coast that holds me now—shapes the way I write.

My work lives in the space between those two worlds. I explore a diversity of elements and the emotional currents that pull us toward who we’re becoming. Whether I’m writing fiction or my memoir, my writing explores life and its challenges, encouraging resilience and belonging, and ultimately the long swim back to yourself.

If you’ve found your way here, welcome—pull up a chair by the water.
